WIthout him coaching our team, before we got started in the program, we were maybe in the 50th-60th percentile compared to other teams who have been using the system as long as we have. Our response rate was in the toilet and Smart Drip and e-Alerts were not being used. And what Scott did, which is something I don’t have time to do because I’m running a team, is he got our team up to speed and using the system. The beauty is, it’s working! We’re closing more sales. In 2020, we started working with Scott at the end of 2019, we were up 100 units as a team- 40% growth as a team, so major credit to him there.
